Amour Allure's celeb of the week is Jennifer Lopez, why you may ask?This is because this week i wanted to focus on 'wellbeing', you being content with yourself. JLO belives that you can only feel beautiful or sexy if you're content with yourself, if you're happy deep within. It sounds like a simple concept but belive me its not, it seems to be so hard for people to be happy with themselves, with their lives, so hard for us to understand that being unique and an individual is a good thing! So this week, try looking at the positives in your life, stay 'grounded' and take some timeout to just chill and appreciate who you are!
